Appointments
An appointment request sent through the website, a form or an advertising lead form is not confirmed until our team confirms the date, time and clinic with you. We may contact you to change a time if a dentist is unavailable. Please arrive on time. If you are late, we may need to shorten or reschedule the visit.
Online payments
- You can pay certain fees online, such as consultation fees or advance appointment payments. The fee and what it covers are shown or confirmed to you before you pay.
- All prices are in Pakistani rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are handled by a third-party payment gateway that operates in Pakistan. You enter your card or account details on the gateway's secure payment page. We do not see or store your full card details.
- A payment is complete only after the gateway confirms it. You will receive a confirmation, and you can ask us for a payment receipt at any time.
- If money leaves your account but you get no confirmation, contact us at talk@dentalaesthetics.pk with the date, amount and transaction reference. We will check with the gateway and correct it.

Services are provided in the clinic
We do not ship physical products. All our services are provided in person at our clinics. Nothing is delivered to your address.
Treatment costs and estimates
Costs quoted before an examination are estimates. The final treatment plan and cost are agreed with you after our dentist has assessed you. Any extra treatment is discussed with you before it goes ahead.
Our content
The text, images, logos, videos and design on this website belong to Dental Aesthetics or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal use. You may not copy, republish or sell our content without our written permission.
